Hiring practices by non-LazSoc teams

As a mandatory element of all club president onboarding, LazSoc requires that they conduct EDI and hiring training facilitated by Wilfrid Laurier Univerisity. In addition to this, LazSoc actively provides ongoing hiring support lead by the Vice President of Clubs.
