The Laurier Accounting Association boasts the largest member base of any club at Laurier, reaching over 950 Laurier students in the 2017/2018 academic year. LAA works closely with leading national accounting firms and distinguished local firms to partner in educating students about the opportunities available in the accounting profession. LAA organizes a wide variety of events and provides resources that allow students to create connections with leading industry professionals. From LAA’s flagship Co-op Dinner to the Annual Case Competition, LAA’s goal is to allow students to develop critical skills that will make them an asset in the workplace.
